BAKED PANEER BREAD ROLL
Baked Paneer Bread Roll is a healthy delicious munchie of seasoned paneer roll in whole wheat bread slices and baked to a crisp. Ingredients:
10 to 12 nos, brown bread slices
200 grams, paneer, grated
1 teaspoon, ginger, grated
2 tablespoon, mint leaves, finely chopped
2 tablespoon, coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 teaspoon, red chilli flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Melted butter for brushing
Method:
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade.
Start with snipping off the thick edges of the bread slices.
With a rolling pin, gently roll the slices and keep them aside.
In a bowl, combine together grated paneer, ginger, mint, coriander, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Mix them all very well.
Take one slice, place a tablespoon of the above-prepared filling towards one of the edges of the slice.
Brush the other edges with little water to help sealing of the roll.
Gently and tightly start rolling till the end and seal the edges to make it a roll.
Repeat the same for all the bread slices.
Now, place the bread rolls on a baking tray. Brush them with melted butter.
Bake them in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until they turn golden and crisp.
Take them off the oven.
Serve them with ketchup or chutney of your choice.
